LitePoint products are a combination of hardware/software platforms, graphical user interfaces (GUI), and chipset-specific calibration and test application programs (e.g. IQfacts). Combined with support expertise, these products are key elements of LitePoint's test system solutions.

Our products are categorized as "development" or "manufacturing" solutions. In development, you use the platform and GUI to test and verify that a design meets PHY-level specifications. In manufacturing, you use the platform and chipset-specific calibration and test programs to optimize and find any manufacturing defects. Every development platform is associated with platform-specific GUI (IQsignal) and signal-creation (IQwave) software. Similarly, in manufacturing, a platform is associated with a chipset-specific calibration and test program.
