IQmax 50, 100 and 300
Testing WiMAX in Manufacturing
In order to test WiMAX during manufacturing you need to analyze a device’s transmitted signals, send precisely structured signals to the device’s receiver and check its response, then compare both transmitted and received characteristics against the appropriate 802.16x standard. You assume that the design is correct, so you are testing in order to calibrate or fine-tune each device and to identify any manufacturing defects. The user interface should be very simple, and the test program should be designed for fastest speed with minimal “false” positives or negatives. LitePoint’s IQmax-50, 100 and 300 models are designed for the fastest deployment in production and fastest, most accurate WiMAX testing.
IQmax-50, 100 and 300 WiMAX Manufacturing Testers
You use LitePoint IQmax-50, 100 or 300 testers for manufacturing testing of 802.16-2004 or 802.16e-2005 WiMAX products. The IQmax-50 is a WiMAX only test solution. With IQmax-100, you have the ability to add WiFi testing with WiMAX testing for added versatility. The IQmax-300 fully integrates both WiMAX and WiFi testing. Used in conjunction with an IQfact chipset-specific test application program, these testers provide all the signal generation and signal analysis capabilities need to calibrate and assure that the tested devices meet the underlying standard’s specifications and are free of any manufacturing defects. For more information see the IQmax brochure and datasheet.
